I saw a guy with a similar "haircut" (:P) at the Recoleta Cemetery here in Buenos Aires.He was dresed with such funny clothes that the cops came and took him out of the place because he looked "suspicious" I remember he was carrying a very big bagIt was weeeeeeeird.
