wow I'm envious here! I have never had the opportunity to attend this Cirque du Soleil! Glad to know you liked it!I could not imagine that in fact the "show " is inside a kind of "tend", a real "cirque"!!! cool!Tenha um ótimo dia meu querido amigo!Léia
I want to see them someday, but always seem to miss out.
I am sure it was great. I will see my first Cirque du Soleil show next july in Las Vegas. I hope it will be good too!
tu as de la chance, c'est un spectacle merveilleux, un vrai moment de bonheur (juste , malheureusement interdit de photos pendant le spectacle) you're lucky, it is a wonderful spectacle, a real moment of happiness (just unfortunately prohibits photos during the show)
Léia, they were here last year too with QUIDAM (another unbelievable show), but the tents were in blue and yellow, which gave the place a much cooler circus atmosphere.
A magical forest!! The clip is fantastic! Lucky you to see the real thing! As my kids were growing up, we used to watch the Cirque du Soleil on television, all of us mesmerized. In your photo, even the tent is dreamy.
One of these days...Like Cezar, Leia, Laurent, Jim, et. al., I have not seen Cirque du Soleil either.Nice to hear that you enjoyed it. I've never heard a negative. One of these days...Like the way you composed this photo!
Seeing this shot brings back the larger-than-life energy and excitement of a Cirque performance. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing it with the rest of us.
What a SUPERB photo!!!!!I do not appreciate Circus very much. Do you think I would appreciate this show? Was it too expensive??
The tents give it an exotic feeling, and I love the row of flags. The performance must have been spectacular.
Sounds like a great show. Those are beautiful tents. There is a show created by the people who started Cirque du Soleil called "Cavalia" that comes to Arizona every other year. It is also in a big white tent and has horses who perform along with the artists.
Have never seen them. To be honest I'm not very keen on circus, but the photo is superb!
I saw Dralion here in Australia last year. They are superb entertainers.
I love cirque de soleil shows, but I wish they would let you take photos inside. so frustrating as there are some great photo ops in the shows. But they must protect the actors and too many people would try and take photos with flash. Vegas has some fabulous Cirque de Soleil shows. I have seem most all of them several times. they are epic
May I join the "have not seen Cirque du Soleil" group, too?The tent is spectacular, I bet the show is, too.
I love C de S, they're just magical in every way.
They have the most beautiful shows. The tents here are blue and yellow stripes like the one you had last year.
wow! i miss seeing those tents. it's grand to see all those flags displayed together.
I went to see Corteo once, and I loved it. I was wondered by how amazing the show was :)
I love the Cirque du Soleil!!!:-)
What fun JM! More pictures?
i've never seen them, i hope i could one day :)You're a lucky man !
That must have been awesome! The tent says it all. Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come back tomorrow for more of Fairhaven!joyA Pinay In EnglandYour Love CoachI, Woman
Another DP blogger said how good they were the other week (can't remember who!) I think I'll have to check them out next time they are over here now I've got to recommendations!
The show might be something extra but this tent shot isn't half bad so those of us without tickets have nothing to complain about! Well done. Again.
Glad you had a good time JM! I am definitely going the next time they are here.
I would love to see them as well. I hear it's fabulous. Did you have cotton candy and popcorn JM??
Which performance is it? I'm going to see them in June with my husband. I'm proud to say that Cirque du Soleil is from Montreal! You can see the province's flag next to the Canadian flag.
Argh, I am sooo envious! I've never seen a single Cirque du Soleil show!
Wow! It makes an impression! It looks like a ship! It is giant!
Oh .. . I am such a Cirque du Soleil fan! Actually went to Las Vegas and saw two Cirque shows two nights in a row. Breathtaking and totally worth the trip and the expense. I came home gushing that all my friends HAD to put them on their lists of Things To Do Before You Die!JJJJ
