Beautful stairway leading to those rough waters! I might be tempted to walk down there at least a little way.

I would love to visit there & explore all through the buildings, it's like a maze with all the nooks & crannies extending every which way - Not to mention the history!

Don't go swimming!

You are doing a very good job, advertising for your city/area.
I also have to say that the photo (as a heading for your site) is very very beautiful!

It looks more like my idea of Greece than of Portugal. Beautiful corner and nice stairs.

I'm sure I have seen those stairs in a movie. This shot has an air of intrigue to it.

I would love to sit in that nook and let the sun pour down on me. I wouldn't mind at all the red flag.

Nice shot. I like the way the winding stairs lead your eye to the sea.

I would trade a swim for a photo like this, with red flag and all.

What it must be like to live there and stroll outside each day - a veritable paradise. What is the meaning behind the red flag? We have flags (more than one) on our beaches, with signs saying "Swim between the flags."

You have such a damn good eye, JM! You don't miss a thing. You couldn't have composed this any better; and the exposure, lighting and colors are perfect.

One of those photos that is a joy to behold!

Bravo!
