I recognized Jeroen Bosch right away(that's how we call him in Holland - where I'm originally come from). Interesting how this is not the most popular painting for the Dutch (I forgot the title of that painting).
Bosch's creatures are just so weird, but fascinating. How fantastic that you could study the painting in person! And like Jacob, I'm surprised too that they let you take photos.

Oh, yes, I know this one with its strange little creatures. Lucky you to see it in person! I've only studied it in photographs.

I remember looking at this painting. Bosch's twisted views make me think a lot. I do think there is a hint of irony in them.

When I watch this, I feel the God awe.
It's incredible to think this beautiful piece of art is 5oo years old. How luck you are to see it.
