The roof line has a Chinese flair, and the tile used for the facade of this and other Portuguese buildings amazed and delighted me on our visit to Portugal.

The building has shades of a Moorish feel to it. It looks as though the top window was an after thought.
Cheers.

How did they find time and wish not only to build but to give unique face to every building? They had no mobiles, cars, internet, technology, they put huge effort to this precise and hard work with every house face and body, and it turned out great!

This tile work is so beautiful. I also love your banner photo. I don't think I've told you that yet.

I've always loved houses with attics ... we don't have a lot of them around here.

The window is very attractive, especially sitting atop that tiled house! Love those tiles! I wonder what's behind the window - an attic, as some have suggested?

Oh, and your new header photo is deliciously delightful! Fantastic colors and so nice and sharp!
