The red and yelow colouring make this so attractive, but beware the prickles! Diane

Sweet. Which Euphorbia is this. Is it obesa? Well there are so many. I like the little button flowers and the stitching up the plants.

thanks for the good wishes. I am thankful for blogging friends like you. MB

Well me again. I looked up Euphorbia obesa and I am wrong there. MB

Hi JM...thanks much for your comment. Another big problem relative to the "owners" of the world is that they work in darkness and in secret using a variety of front organizations. Thus the so-called "tea party" folks in this country are mostly unaware that this is not a grass-roots uprising, but a well-planned and well-financed operation sucking in the ignorant and misinformed by people such as the Koch brothers and the owners of FOX News...

It's all so stupid. One of the teapot crackpot complaints is high taxes. The truth, however, is that they paid less in taxes last year than the year before when the country was ruled by Republicans! The teapot people and others end up working against their own best interests and they're not even aware of it!

I'm not sure this is what's happening in your country but it sounds like the rich are in control and the middle-class and the lower-classes are getting screwed just like here.

Crazy stuff!
