Fantastic and amazing that it's the other side of the same building from yesterday! I love it! And so colorful! Have a great evening and a lovely weekend, JM!
So Disney wasn't the first, but I like King Fernando's version better. This is a wonderful place. Love that color in yesterday's post. I wonder how much the place would sell for. I might have to take a second job to afford this dream :)

That is quite a surprising mix of architecture for King Fernando II! Maybe he didn't listen to his royal architects and royal interior designers, non?
It's a paradise for photographers. Wonderful shot.
Nice delirium ;)
I really like all that yellow!
Wow, he went to town on designing this!

I would not have thought this was the same building. Both shots are gorgeous. I can't decide which is my favorite.
I know that it was the same, I like this 'delirium' style!
Lindissimas photos!
Adoro esse castelo! Já lá fui duas ou trez vezes e ainda lá hei-de voltar;o)

Feliz fim de semana****
It IS fairy tale like place:)
Fabulous capture of the Pena Palace.
It looks different but it's just as majestic!
Beautiful and majestic view, so much to see within the composition.
This is crazy. This face of the castle couldn't be any more different from yesterday's if the king had held a competition looking for opposites.
WOnderful to see - thank you! It's crazy, but intriguing architecture!
What a great spot for a party!
Perfect title since the architecture reminds me of the mideast. Beautiful light.
I agree with you. It looks different, but still very very pretty!

Looks like something from Disneyland.
This is one of the most impressive palaces I've ever seen...
God bless you!

It's certainly not what I expect for Portugal. Some people just like things extra "fancy" I suppose. There's no accounting for taste. ;-)
Oh my goodness--delirium indeed.
that place is huge. What a mix. MB
It's awesome.
