Quite incredible that those tiles are still in such good shape and that they have cracked all to pieces or lost their color. Beautifully composed photo!

In so many other parts of Europe, someone would have used cans of spray paint to write all over these tiles. I'm glad the people of Portugal seem to have more restraint.
