Yes, it is sad to see the decay and ruin of such a lovely old house! There seems to be more and more of it everywhere these days! Hope you have a great weekend, JM!
Na primeira foto a casa está tão linda, com um ar de mistério, cheia de aposentos, eu gosto. Já na segunda foto fica claro o ar de abandono. Lamentável, pois foi uma bela casa.
Great shots, but it's sad to see such a beautiful house decaying like that. There must be some incredible stories there, childhoods and maybe entire lifetimes lived there.
The top photo is a maze of twists and corners, I really like the angle you chose. It really takes the second shot to realise the house is only a ruin. I hope it gets renovated one day, it is a truly beautiful piece of architecture.

Your Decay series could be used some day to catalog structures that disappear over time.
It is such a series that you, like the Super Bowl in the USA, are challenging our ability to keep up with Roman numerals.
what a house, what a tragedy to see its disintegration.
Again graffiti leaves its ugly mark!
It is so sad to see such a grand place go to ruin.

It looks like it would have been a magnificent house in it's heyday JM, what a shame!!
Beautifully shot, but so sad!
What a beautiful structure - hopefully someone will save it!

I hope someone with lots of money and who also want to keep the architecture and the garden ...... will move in soon.
Beautiful images!
But also a sad situation.
What a shame, so much carelessness and stupidity. The house is really beautiful...
Give me €€€€€€€ and I'll make everything better...
You've captured a gorgeous picture!
I am so sorry that it is dying. And I would like to cut the hands of that stupid teenagers off.
Wow, you can imagine how it looked when it was cared for. I'd love to go inside, a roof helps stabilize the walls, so I'd probably skip the inside.
Também conheço esse local, um grande abraço
The photo at the top still shows a lot of elegance and charm.
This was a beautiful house. I hate to see the graffiti and damage.

The top shot didn;t look at all decayed but by the time I saw the second I realised it really was.
It's such a lovely building that I had to look hard to find the decay.
Very, very disappointing DECAY! She was a real beauty in her prime!
It could be so beautiful.
So sad - such a beautiful building.
This is some decay. It's quite a shame, b/c it looks like a beautiful home. :(
Oh, I usually like graffiti in photos, but this just helps to ruin this beautiful building.

How sad. One can see it's once upon a time grandeur. MB
Always a pity to see elegant structures left to ruin.
