Well, I like the blue colored look better from 3 years ago!
I like your most recent "Decay" posting - they're always great! Good to catch up on your blog this morning...

It does indeed look like a great place to hang out! I do think I prefer the blue as well! Hope your weekend has gone well so far, JM!

Not really my favourite architecture but then it's vintage, isn't it? :-)

Whatever colour they paint it JM, it'll always have a fabulous view of the ocean!

I'm the opposite of Leif. I like the red better. The place looks very 50's.
Yes, JM I've been following the European crisis very closely. It has to be pretty scary for all of you living through it. Having your currencies linked together is causing all kinds of problems for your countries.
Our economy here is pretty worrisome too. However, I think most of our issues are very political. There is a true political struggle going on right now. And, one of my biggest complaints is that not a single mortgage broker has gone to jail or even been arrested because of the financial debacle. It is a known fact that many institutions were making fraudulent deals and yet no one has yet been held accountable. It's troubling.

Yes, I'd say this architecture is reminiscent of the 50's...Still quite beautiful and I can imagine the views!

J'aime beaucoup la maison bleue, on dirait un bâteau échoué sur le sable.
Good!

Parece um barco! Acho que estava melhor pintada de azul!

Une architecture datée, mais qui garde tout son charme ... C'est une terrasse qui me conviendrait bien pour m'y arrêter !

I think they've really smartened this up. It looks like a boat now.

I think the top shot is more playful and enticing. Comparisons are always fun.
