Ahh...these bougainvillea blooms do pile up and whip around in the wind! The floss tree seeds look almost ghost-like.

If the silk floss tree is the one I'm thinking of it must be a lovely park. Regardless, I'd happily trade typical U.S. litter for this! Nice shot, especially against the texture of the ground.
We have Cottonwood trees that put out little while puffs like these. Nice shot.
Trash? Let's think of it as decor for the cobblestones.
