Ahh...these bougainvillea blooms do pile up and whip around in the wind! The floss tree seeds look almost ghost-like.

If the silk floss tree is the one I'm thinking of it must be a lovely park. Regardless, I'd happily trade typical U.S. litter for this! Nice shot, especially against the texture of the ground.
