A lovely sight as you pass by by train. We have them here in Australia as well, especially at the gates of an old farmstead. We have a couple on our farm (circa 1850). They are very drought resistant.
What a lovely sight to see from a train -- to see anytime, anywhere! Beautiful, colorful capture for the day, JM!! Wishing you and your family a very Happy New Year!! Enjoy!

What a sight this is JM , there's no way you could pass this without taking some shots.
I have never seen so many of these: it is beautiful!
Very nice, and appropriate for the holiday season.
I don't think I'm familiar with this plant but it certainly is beautiful ... hope the blooms last for awhile.
And the graffiti! Is there anyplace in that area that isn't covered with the stuff? Sheesh!
very pretty!
I love all that red. So festive!

This is gorgeous! So many blooms in one place.
Fabulous - I am not familiar with this plant either. What a show it puts on!
Isn't this pretty! I've never seen so many in bloom at once. Gorgeous!
Love how you composed this! It doesn't look at all like winter!
Great composition.
Mass plantings sure put on a display. They look really summery but I know you are in winter right now.
What a beautiful view!
