Always sad to see such a lovely old house abandoned and beginning to decay and fall apart!! What was its history? How did this come to be! Great shot for the day as always, JM! Enjoy your weekend!

It was once a lovely house. Why do you think it was abandoned?

Now that is a shame. It looks like it is a great little house that could just use some TLC.

still has a lot of charm. sad to see it wasting, though.

I hope that it can be rescued!

Not sure why there is such beauty in these decaying scenes, but there truly is. Wonderful capture!

Those broken windows make it look like it's being helped along in its decay.

from this vantage point it looks like rehabilitating this house would consist mostly of cosmetic changes.

it is sad when houses are left to rot.

More decay. Very sad I think. A beautiful place I imagine. MB

If the decay wasn't too far gone, this would be a renovators dream JM..the garden looks so beautifully cared for...reminds me I have to get out there and trim my hedge haha!

Beautiful decay. I'm glad you captured it. I think someone will eventually clean this one up . . . if there is any money.

Shame.
No one is going to do something or even squatter.
