Church Of Sacramento

Lisbon (1671-1685)
The church colapsed after the 1755 Great Earthquake (75 bodies were found in the rubble... 18 months later!). The reconstruction, following the original design, started in 1772.

Decay (L)

I've already posted a photo of the Arcos Palace front façade here. This is the west side where the entrance to the chapel is located.
I read the building will finally be restored and tranformed into a luxury hotel, but I will believe it when I see it.

Big Brother Poster

Bairro Alto, a neighbourhood in Lisbon, celebrated its 498th anniversary a week ago. Several events took place there and I believe this (remaining?) poster had something to do with one of them - a street installation or something of the kind.
